Fulcrum is a component repository for Turbine. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o If you provide a jobName and jobGroup for a trigger it will autoschedule 
  that component. 

  Changes:

o Removed the component Factory for loading jobdetails and triggers in favor 
  of xstream 
o Initial import
