Fulcrum is a component repository for Turbine. 

Changes in this version include:

  Changes:

o Merge api and impl jars into one project. Thanks to Kostyantyn 
  Shchekotykhin. 
o Tweak dependencies to build under gump. 
o Bump versions, clean up dependencies 

  Removed features:

o Remove Localization, it was a facade that shouldn't be here. Facade's of 
  this nature are specific to the user...
